To operate the unit simply plug in an airline to enable the powered functions; the buttons on the rear panel are used to lift, lower and tilt the load. The unit makes use of mandatory safety features such as an emergency stop button and hydraulic blocking valves that add extra security to the lift system. If the airline is disconnected for any reason, the forks will remain locked in place and the load will remain safe and secure.

ATEX / UKEX-certified for gas and dust zones 1, 2, 21 and 22
ATEX / UKEX-certified for gas and dust zones 1, 2, 21 and 22
This pneumatic-hydraulic stacker is ATEX / UKEX certified for use in Zone 1, 2, 21 and 22 environments. Each of our 'Ex' rated stacker trucks is designed to ensure electrical continuity, a path to ground is always present. With each ATEX / UKEX model, we supply a manufacturer’s Declaration of Conformity which states compliance with the directives and relevant British and ISO Standards.
Tilting stainless steel clad forks
Tilting stainless steel clad forks
This product was developed due to demand from manufacturers who needed to fully empty their process vessels to avoid wastage and as well as dangerous manual handling practices. When a vessel is 90% empty, the 10% remaining inside is very difficult to remove. Using this machine, the final 10% of the material can be removed through the drain port saving both time and money.
To reduce the risk of spark generation we fit our ATEX / UKEX stacker trucks with stainless steel clad forks; should the forks contact the ground the chance of a spark is drastically reduced. Manufactured in the UK, the stainless cladding is of an extremely high standard and is very strong and robust.
Hot-rolled lifting channels
Hot-rolled lifting channels
To keep operators safe and the unit stable, we use hot-rolled steel channels in the manufacture of our stacker trucks. These channels provide a sturdy basis for your pallet lifting operations and ensure minimal deflection of the chassis when loaded.
Ackermann-style rear-wheel steering provides maximum directional control when tipping drums into your process. Wheels are made of heavy-duty nylon which is very hard, reducing rolling resistance considerably. Park brakes are fitted to all models for static positioning and safety. We can provide you with custom leg configurations should you need them including wider legs or narrower legs.
